It's not open world. When selecting a race you have to press Y to go into free roam. You get to choose if you want the normal cars or the police cars. All you do is drive around its really pointless. Hey Valve, this game has full controller support! So Big Picture is now released. And Hot Pursuit is displayed as not supporting controllers. However I can play the game with my (PS3 as) XBox 360 controller. It has full support, you can do everything with a controller. So please, add the label to the game :) < 1 2 >.
