Withambient temp of 65 degrees low side should be between 25-35psi. Anything lower would indicated that the charge is low. The higher the temp the higher the low side pressure. My money is on the switch or compressor. I would try the switch first as they are known for failure and well all know audi cant make any sensor to save their
